You will not believe this, but one week after we got here our house in Colorado is under contract. We received an offer on Friday - a serious lowball offer - but after working with our agent and her work with the buyers' agent we finally came to an agreement that was still within the price point we wanted. Thank heavens!
So now everyone cross your fingers and toes that all goes smoothly through this process and we figure out how to get our stuff that is still up there down here and into storage... ugh.
First day at Amex was pretty good. :)
