We're buying a house!

It took a little price wrangling with the seller, but we finally settled on a fair price for the house.  It's a bit more than what we were spending in Colorado Springs, but it seems to be a worthy house and it has a pool!  We'll need to get the inspections done (house, termite, pool, etc) within the next five days and then the appraisals (yup.. two; since it's a flip, bank requires two to backup the loan) and then we wait for closing, which should be around June 9th.  When our final paperwork comes in, we'll know the exact date.

A few pics of the house.  Kitchen has all new appliances, tile on backsplash and floor, granite countertops, paint, new light fixtures, sink and faucet and blinds in the window.  The only work we'd need to do is refinish the cabinets (but they are in great shape already, just a little worn) throughout the house.

Pool seems to be in good shape and needs to be cleaned.  We'll need to learn how to care for a pool now... that ought to be expensive and interesting.

Enjoy the pics... it ought to be fun moving in June but I'd rather do it then than in middle of summer!
